Does WordPress E-Commerce plugin support multi vendor shipping?

Does it send email to vendors if item was purchased?
Does it calculate shipping using UPS, FedEx, USPS APIs at all?
I am looking to replace MVS on OSC on drop shipping site with something, but having hard time finding anything that has the same functionality.

How much does a website that makes $50K per year worth if I were to sell it?

The website almost runs itself. There just has to be someone around to talk to customers and resolve simple issues.
The website in question has steadily increasing traffic and profit. The growth has been steady and has a smooth and very easy to spot up trend.

I know very little about e-Commerce but I want to setup an e-Commerce website?

Registed a business name with the city
Got a tax ID & resellers ID
Regeistered a website name
Opened a premier pay-pal account

Got all this stuff but not sure how to proceed!!! please help
