I’m not sure if this would work for you but if your also looking for someone to accept payments for you (A merchant account) my current processor (Prosper Merchant Services – ) does nearly exactly what your looking for or so it seems.
Basically I have a shopping cart integrated with my website, my website/servers are hosted with there partners, and I accept payments all in one gateway. They have a database service to keep track of my customers and to allow me to create mailing lists, and to allow my customers to have logins/passwords to my site, and even setup personal preferences, store credit cards/address to ship to, and everything.
I believe they only work with people who are also wanting to accept credit cards with them, but in the long run it’s very affordable so I figured I would chime in.
Also I believe some other processors offer similar services, two of the big ones are Merchant Express (http://www.merchantexpress.com/) and CSI (http://www.cardserviceinternational.com/)
If all else fails there are quite a few forums out there with information you might find useful.
