Currently I major in Marketing Management. However, I want to extend my field broader into E-Commerce Marketing, and Finance, for I want to have a better chance to land on a marketing job when I graduate. There are many courses overlap in Marketing Management and E-Commerce Marketing. For Finance, I only need to complete 4 additional courses. Should I do triple options or double options on E-commerce marketing and Finance.

The question that you would also need to ask is whether you have the time and finances available to take on the additional workload without affecting your current GPA. If the answer is yes, then go for it. It is far better to overachieve than underachieve. Also, you should probably be doing a short stint as an intern during your program. Most students if they do well will eventually be offered an entry-level position. Even though marketing in general is a broad field you will eventually narrow your focus to a specific department or type of marketing area when you start.
